Artist's Comments

Because everyone seems to like "The Lonely God", I thought I'd post a few more from that series, which I called "Scenes that Never Happened." Basically, I wanted to create images around which scenes could be built (and a few of them I did indeed take and build a story around later). These were all done with ink and marker and then touched up in Photoshop.

Yay Peri! I always thought that if the Sixth Doctor was going to wear a cpe or coat like thing, it would at least be something that wouldn't clash with the rest of his wardrobe, he's too colorful. Nice job. I like the period style clothing. :)

Cool, looks like a cross between "State of Decay" and "Revelation of the Daleks." I did like 6th Doctor in that blue cape.

I did too. Six looked good in blue, and so did Peri, and it set off the red of the other two very nicely.

Drawing his original costume is exhausting so I cheated a little. Period clothing has always been something I've enjoyed doing, but this was particularly difficult as I was looking for period clothing from Hungary at the turn of the seventeenth century. And wouldn't you know it, there's almost no art surviving from that period!

this is great.

He always looked good in that blue cloak. Good work!

And it's way easier to color than the multicolored monstrosity.
