Description
In honor of the fiftieth anniversary of 'Doctor Who', I decided to redesign the costumes of each Doctor for cosplay, focusing specifically not only on making female versions of the Doctor's costumes, but SUPER feminine. I'm sure others have done it already, but here is the seventh of this new series, Dimensionally Transcendent Puffy Skirts: a redesign of the Seventh Doctor's costume. I really had fun working the question-mark motif in, and focusing on the second (darker) costume as the basis. And hey, this one gets pockets!

Sylvia McCoy sure did have fun making the character prim and proper, but still gave the Doctor that spunk and extended wisdom from her lives.
