Description

In honor of the fiftieth anniversary of 'Doctor Who', I decided to redesign the costumes of each Doctor for cosplay, focusing specifically not only on making female versions of the Doctor's costumes, but SUPER feminine.  I'm sure others have done it already, but here is the fourth of this new series, Dimensionally Transcendent Puffy Skirts: a redesign of the Fourth Doctor's costume.  This one was a lot of fun, and ended up rather a literal translation, but a lot of the Fourth Doctor's costume worked well for a feminine translation (as Romana proved!)
