Description

In honor of the fiftieth anniversary of 'Doctor Who', I decided to redesign the costumes of each Doctor for cosplay, focusing specifically not only on making female versions of the Doctor's costumes, but SUPER feminine.  I'm sure others have done it already, but here is the eighth of this new series, Dimensionally Transcendent Puffy Skirts: a redesign of the Eighth Doctor's costume.  This one is based on the movie costume, since that's the better known one, although I did really love his costume for 'Night of the Doctor'.
